WheatGrass

Super concentrated Wheatgrass Juice

Our dried wheatgrass juice is super concentrated. It takes 30 pounds of wheatgrass
to make 1 pound of our freeze-dried powder. Because our wheatgrass is field grown
it has much more cell development and nutrition. On top of that we have the coldest
drying process being used. Our wheatgrass juice is dried at -80 degrees. That is why
people get the amazing results from our products.

Wheatgrass fields

Our new varieties of wheat seeds are turning out with good results. The growth is nice and even. The wheatgrass is sweet and a good dark green. I’m expecting some of the
best quality wheatgrass that we have ever seen.

New Dyna-Mint now available

10/03/06

Introducing our new product Dyna-Mint which is a blend of our own fresh
freeze-dried spearmint juice and wheatgrass juice. It has a refreshing taste
and it takes the edge off the grassy flavor. I love it. It is my main product
of choice.

How wheatgrass juice improves the immune system

The immune system is our amazing, complex way to fend off foreign
bacteria and viruses which cause infections or illnesses. The first line of
defense is the skin and mucous membranes in the mouth, nose and other
areas that prevent the intrusion of harmful agents. If an intruder is introduced,
it is up to the bodies immune system to eradicate it. Vaccines work to familiarize
the system with low doses of viruses so it can affectively guard against it.
Nutrition and physical activity is an important way to support the immune system.
The other way is challenge or exercise the system so it can gain strength through
development. Wheatgrass juice not only provides a unique source of nutrition,
it also helps to regulate the immune system. It will strengthen deficiencies and
reduce overactive systems. The immune system is like an army and can get restless
if it doesn’t have anything to fight. That is where autoimmune diseases like allergies,
rheumatoid arthritis and lupus can occur. It is believed that some of the nutritional
elements of wheatgrass juice provide a benevolent means of exercising the immune
system, therefore reducing conditions such as allergies and asthma.

Dyna-Green compared to Fresh Wheatgrass Juice

It is of most peoples opinion that fresh wheatgrass juice is better than a dried powder.
Here is some information that can help to make a comparison. When wheatgrass is
grown in trays and harvested at 6-8 inches tall, the grass is just out of its embryonic
stage and has not had a chance for cell development. That is why it is so sweet, the
sugars have not been able to build into a full spectrum of enzymes yet. The wheatgrass
that Dyna-Green is made from are field grown true juveniles. This means the plant has
had time to draw the nutrients from the soil and convert everything into a strong infrastructure.
Think about the difference of the immune system of an infant and young adult, the adult system
is stronger because it has been challenged and is more developed. The same principal applies
to the wheatgrass. Also because the plant cells have had more time to divide, the cell stress
repair system is fully active. This is the system that repairs the damaged plant cell
during the growth to keep it healthy and strong. These repair proteins are universal
between plants and animals. We harvest the grass right before the plant is ready to
produce its seeds. All the protein that would go into the seeds is still in the leaf. The
plants are at their highest life force.
The grass is washed and juiced and quickly freeze-dried to ensure all the vitamins
minerals and enzymes are best preserved. Freeze-drying is a way to virtually suspend
the product in animation until it is reconstituted.
There is not a mold issue with field grown wheatgrass unlike the crops grown in trays.
Dyna-Green is more convenient because it is an instant powder so you don’t have to deal
With the juicing mess and hassle.
Dyna-Green is easier to take long term so it will provide a better benefit as apposed to
a short term home use or an occasional shot at the juice bar. Dyna-Green with also not
cause uncomfortable side effects like upset stomach and headaches like fresh juice will.

pH balance and wheat grass

Maintaining a balanced pH level in the body is paramount for good health.
Ph which stands for potential of Hydrogen is the ratio measurement for acid to
alkaline. This is the same in all matter soil, plants and animals. The perfect
pH level for humans is 6.8–7.2. By maintaining this level range, the trillions
of cells in the body are free to absorb the vitamins and minerals at a optimum
performance and properly excrete the waste. When our diets include higher
amounts of fat, sugar, proteins with starch the body becomes more acidic and
the cellular waste will ferment and not exit properly. Stress is also a major
factor.
A lifestyle of exercise and proper diet along with a form of relaxation such
as meditation, will improve the pH level greatly. Cereal grasses, such as
wheatgrass, are one of the most alkalizing foods available. Improvements
can be observed almost immediately. Cancer cells will not grow in an
oxygen rich environment and a balanced pH. This is according to Professor
Otto Warburg who won the Nobel Prize in 1931 for this discovery.
Your local health food store usually has pH test kits available.

How to grow wheatgrass

Using a jar or small bucket, soak approximately 1 lb. of wheat berries for 12 hour. Place cheese cloth or screen over the container and secure with a rubber band. Rinse and drain
a few times, then set to drain tilted upside down using a appropriate location, sink etc..
Let seeds sprout until tail is 1/8 long, this can take 1-2 days.
Moving outside, take a nursery flat and spread out soil mixture even 2 inches thick
Do not plant seed to dense, just a single layer so seeds are just barely touching. Over
crowding can cause mold. A tip is to spread a thin layer of sand over the top of the seed
to prevent molding. Place paper towel or news paper over tray of planted seed and sprinkle with water. This will keep the seeds wet and block out the sunlight. Place
tray in a warm well ventilated area. For hot climates it would be the opposite. Water
each to every other day depending on your climate. Once the grass blades are an inch
or so high remove paper towel cover and water as needed. Wheat grass can take 10-14
days to grow. Good luck!
